Items will ship within 2-3 business days. We only offer standard ground shipping.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you would like to special order internationally, please email us and we'll do our best to help.

Our flat rate shipping starts at $5 for orders under $50. A $10 shipping fee is applied for orders totaling $50–$150. For orders over $150, enjoy complementary shipping! For Canadian orders, we offer $15 flat rate shipping.


We are happy to assist you in making a return. Full priced items only. Apothecary, Teas, Jewelry, Bathing Suits and Teething toys are not returnable. 

We are a very small business and are not able to absorb additional shipping costs. All online returns are made at the expense of the customer and must be received within 14 days of the fulfillment date. All online returns must include original packaging and paperwork.

To start a return, you can visit our return center. If your return is accepted, you’ll need to return your package to us at 105 Commonwealth Ave, Concord, MA 01742. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
